Kaitlin, I'm thinking of you ALWAYS...I love you so very much. I have 26 years of memories and feelings and experiences and thoughts to sort through, and it's not enough. It will never be enough. I love you tremendously, I need you more than I've ever needed you. I look for you in everything...you've shown me some signs, I know you are there, and I thank you for that. I will always tell myself this isn't real...'life is but a dream..' and one day I will wake from this dream and you will be there again. I try to imagine what you're doing now...the fun you're having, the smile on your face to be free of pain, your laughter, cuddling with the pets, telling stories with our loved ones who have gone before us...but it's not right. People talk about God's plan. What about our plans? What about what we need? What about my prayers that you would get better, for happy days for you with us, in this world? There is no answer, even from God himself, that would be sufficient, and there never will be. Maybe when it is my time I will understand, but then it won't matter...once we are reunited, this pain will be behind us, and the only part of this life that will matter is the love that we shared and will share, through life, through death, through any universe or world we may be part of...I love you forever Kaitlin, and I will never let your memory die...
