I didn't know RoseAnn personally but I can tell you one thing her and her husband would go to Thelma's Café in Tyrone all the time. The last time I seen her and him at the restraint I was leaving and I told her that it was nice to see her out, she told me it was nice to be out, I glanced at the table and they were holding hands. Sweetest thing I have seen in a long time. RIP RoseAnn!!
