Obituary for Marilyn S. Hohman

Marilyn S. (Sue) Hohman, age 70, a guest at Valley View Home and formerly of Tyrone, died
Friday, October 11, 2013 at UPMC Altoona. She was born October 28, 1942 in Tyrone, the
daughter of Charles and Evelyn Lloyd McClellan. She is survived by two children, Kimberly
(Jeffrey) Perry, Altoona and Brian (Kimberly) Hohman, of Honolulu , Hawaii, and three
grandchildren – Emily Perry, Kai Hohman and Nate Hohman.

Marilyn was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Tyrone High School and attended Penn State University as a member of the Nursing program where she received her RN degree. She had been employed as a Registered Nurse at Conemaugh Hospital, Johnstown. She
enjoyed shopping and especially loved her grandchildren.

Funeral service for Marilyn S. Hohman will be at 4 PM Monday, October 14, 2013 at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home Inc., 115 W. 10th Street, Tyrone with Reverend Norman E. Huff officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 2 PM until the hour of service.
