Obituary for Mardell L. Miller

Mardell L. Miller, age 75, of Bellwood died Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 10:45 PM at Valley View Home. She was born January 22, 1938 in Tyrone, the daughter of Earl C. and Clara Bell Snyder Waite. On September 21, 1963 she was married to Jerry G. Miller who died July 25, 1997. She is survived by two sons, Jeffery L. (Wendy) Miller and John C. (Rebecca) Miller, both of Bellwood, three grandchildren – Jason, Eric and Dustin Miller, and one great grandchild, Peyton Miller, all of Bellwood and a brother, Reverend Jack (Shirley) Waite of Fuoss Mills and a sister Letty Waite of Carlisle, PA.
Mrs. Miller was a member of Faith Alliance Church where she had served as a Sunday school teacher. She was a graduate of Bellwood Antis High School Class of 1955. She had been employed in the grocery warehouse of Bayer Brothers in Tyrone and as a computer operator at Servomation in Bellwood.
Funeral service for Mardell L. Miller will be Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 11 AM at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home Inc. with Pastor Paul Jacobson officiating. Private interment will be in Charlottsville Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM and on Thursday from 10 AM until the 11 AM service.
