Tammy J. Dean, 61 of Warriors Mark passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026. She was born on October 23, 1964 in Tyrone, the daughter of the late Donald Edward Sr. and Shirley Jean (Robinson) Dean. She is survived by her daughter: Mackenzie (Cameron) Parson of Tyrone; granddaughter: Sunnie Parson; Brothers: Edward Lee Dean of Brownstown and Don "Duck" Dean Jr. of Tyrone; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a special nephew: Howdy McCready.

Tammy was a 1983 graduate of Tyrone Area High School. She taught at Blair County Head Start for 40 years before retiring in 2024.

She enjoyed playing bingo and loved to hang out with her dog, Duke, who also loved hanging out with her. She liked to cook, which her family greatly enjoyed, but what she loved more than anything was being surrounded by her family and spending time with all of them.

A 4 pm memorial service for Tammy J. Dean will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Hillside Community Church, 508 Cambria St., Bellwood, PA 16617, with Pastor John Poe officiating. Friends will be received at the church from 1 pm until the 4 pm service. Arrangements are under the care of Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc.
