Steven "Freddy" Michael Carroll, 62 of Tyrone, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023. He was born in Wilmington, DE on December 26, 1960, the son of the late John Edward and Patricia Ann (Gack) Carroll. He is survived by his son: Steven (Penny) Carroll; brother: Scott (Robin) Carroll; grandchildren: Ieshya, Gabby, and Raife; and great-grandchildren: Kai and Cora. He was preceded in death by his siblings: Rick and Kim Carroll, and Lynn Barnhart.

Freddy was a 1979 graduate of Tyrone Area High School. He was a past member of the Tyrone Sportsman Club and he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

An 11 am memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Feller Memorial Home with Ardean Latchford officiating. Friends will be received from 10 am until the 11 am funeral service
