Sherman John Fink Jr. 76, of Port Matilda died Monday December 18, 2017 at Epworth Manor.

He was born September 4, 1941 in Port Matilda a son of Sherman John and Nora Mae (Auker) Fink.

Surviving are a daughter Lori Ann Belinda and husband Matthew of Phillipsburg, a son Charles J. Fink and wife Melissa of State College, 5 grandchildren Bryan, Kristin Fink, Kaila, Sarah, Caleb Belinda, 2 brothers Blair Fink, of Bellefonte, and Robert Fink of Tyrone, 3 sisters, Mona Porta, of Hollidaysburg, Gloria Wolf, of Altoona, and Dorothy Laird of Frenchville. Preceded in death by a brother Gerald and a sister Janet Anderson.

He had been employed at Chemcut Products , State College.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 22, 2017 at the Feller Memorial Home, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Sharon Erb officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Friends will be received at Feller Memorial Home on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m., and Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service.
