Sally J. Miller, 68 of Tyrone and formerly of Philadelphia, died Thursday, August 5, 2021. She was born on December 28, 1952 in Altoona, the daughter of the late Bruce and Sara E. (Patton) Carpenter II. She is survived by one brother: William (Lori) Carpenter of Manchester; one nephew: William D. Carpenter; and two great-nephews: Dawson and Gage Carpenter.

Sally was a 1970 graduate of Tyrone High School. She was previously employed by Parx Casino as a slot machine technician. Prior to that she worked on and repaired cameras.

Memorial service for Sally J. Miller will be held at the convenience of the family.
