Ruth A. Riling, 76, of Tyrone died February 28, 2019 at UPMC Altoona.

She was born April 13, 1941 in Tyrone a daughter of John and Mabel (Spencer) Cherry. On June 20, 1970 at the Tipton Baptist Church she married Robert P. Riling. He died August 24, 2016.

Surviving are a son Paul and wife Jennifer of Resslener, New York, three grandchildren, Paul Jr., Joseph R. and Cierra Riling, a step-granddaughter Leah Phillips, a great-grandson Hunter Matthew Riling, three sisters; Eleanor VanDevander of Bellwood, Brenda Hite of Tipton, Faye Price of Tyrone, a brother Ralph Cherry of Tipton and a step-sister Ida Miller of Tipton. She was preceded in death by two brothers John and Ronald Cherry.

Mrs. Riling was a member of Tipton Baptist Church. She had been employed at Big Yank, Tyrone.

Funeral services will be held Saturday March 3, 2018 at 11 A.M. at Feller Memorial Home. Interment will follow at Blair Memorial Park. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 A.M. until the time of services.
