Ruth A. McNulty, 86, of Altoona, formally of California, passed away Friday 25, 2023. She was born on October 6th, 1936 in Grant, Tennessee to the late Charlie and Annie White. In Las Vegas, NV 1973, she married Kenneth McNulty, who preceded her in death in 2019.

She is survived by siblings, Pauline, Leon, Paul and Carlene; and her children, Heather Sherry, Ted Munier, Regina Tesar and Rosemary Hariman, she also leaves behind the many people she touched the lives of.

Ruth was a caring individual and made her home into a special place where she and her husband fostered and raised 35 children up until their 70's. She always had a fire in her heart, and was known to be fiery in spirit, which she was able to keep up in her older years.

Inturnment with be held in California at the convenience of the family.
