Rose "Arlene" Fogle, 77 of Tyrone, PA, lost her battle with heart disease after six months of fighting on Saturday, September 3rd, 2022. She was born November 24th, 1944 in Snyder Township to Albert David Harris and Alpha May Fink. Two children survive her: Haley (Charles Bramwell) Merritts and Terry Merritts; five grandchildren: Nick Merritts, Jesse Barr, Ashley Marion, Justin Bramwell, and Rachel Shoenfelt; many great-grandchildren: Damian, Zecharyah, Jackson, Nathaniel, Sandra, Crystal, Brayden, and Logan; seven siblings: Geraldine Anderson, Gail Supenia, Sue Kessler, Hazel Lawruk, Albert Harris, Vern Harris, and Tommy Harris. Rose was preceded in death by her daughter, Cheryl Sims, granddaughter Shannon Sims, and three brothers Johnny Harris, Charlie Harris, and Larry Harris.

Arlene was employed at the Tyrone Hospital working in food service, where she retired in 2004. She was an avid gardener and loved spending time bird-watching. Arlene's family was very important to her, as she helped raise her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Thursday, September 8th, 2022 at Feller Memorial Home, 817 W. 15th St. Tyrone, PA 16686 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and a noon graveside service will be conducted at Mount Pleasant Cemetery with Mark Fink officiating.
