Robin Mitchell Rupert, 70 of Tyrone, passed away Monday, December 29, 2025. He was born in Huntingdon on November 12, 1955, the son of the late Ronald and Carol (Meshyock) Rupert. On October 9, 2021, at the 1st Presbyterian Church of Tyrone, he married Michelle (Waring) Rupert who survives. Also surviving are two daughters: Jennifer Lammey and Nicole Moore; five siblings: Shirley Rupert, Kim Sieminski, Devona Dunlap, Connie Meshyock, and David Rupert; and his mother-in-law's cat: Smokey.

Robin was a graduate of Huntingdon High School. He was a bus driver for Raystown Transit Services. Prior to working for Raystown he drove for Christina School Bus company in Delaware.

He honorably served for three years in the United States Army.

Robin was an avid sports fan and loved the Phillies and the Steelers. He also enjoyed doing plastic canvas and diamond art.

A 1 pm memorial service for Robin Mitchell Rupert will be held at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday, January 5, 2025, with Reverend Mark Liller officiating.
