Robert M. (Bob) Flaig, 82, of Tyrone died Tuesday March 9, 2021 at Epworth Manor.

He was born March 20, 1938 in Williamsburg, a son of Robert and Sara (Rabenstein) Flaig. On August 2, 1958 at the Christian Missionary Alliance Church. Williamsburg he married Judith Black.

Surviving are his wife, 2 daughters, Lucinda Frye and husband Randy of Williamsburg, Brenda Hawes and husband T.J. of Tyrone,, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 3 sisters, Helen Black of Tyrone, Verna Verbonitz and Ruth Reneker both of Williamsburg. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Lorraine, Violet and Mary and 2 brothers; William and James.

Bob retired in 2003 from the Tyrone Borough W/S treatment plant following 10 years service.

Bob enjoyed being with family, hunting with his beagles and his daily walks.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment at Blair Memorial Park.
