Richard M. Patterson, age 73, of Tyrone died Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at his residence. He

was born April 14, 1940 in Tyrone, the son of Clarence and Helen Viola Reeder Patterson. He is survived

by four sisters, Vina Russell, Birmingham, PA, Madeline (Donald) Anderson, New York state, Isabell Eirich

Washington state, and Sharon (Robert) Billett, Warriors Mark. He was preceded in death by two

brothers and one sister.

Mr. Patterson had been employed as a cook at the Villa and the Bull Pen, retiring in 2007. He

was of the Methodist faith.

Private funeral service was held at the convenience of the family with interment in Franklinville

Cemetery, Franklinville, PA.
