Obituary
Randal E. Harper, 67, of Alexandria, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023. He was born in Altoona on January 23, 1956 to the late Richard D. and Patricia J (Gillman) Harper.
He is survived by wife Deborah Harper; children: Jeryl Maurer, Rebekah Pauley, Joshua Harper; grandchildren: Lincoln, Caleb, Abrielle, Jaala, Micah, Jonah, Mariea, Amberlynnrose; and siblings: Rodney, Cynthia and Susan.
Randal was a graduate of Tyrone Area High School. Before working at Norfolk Southern, he served in the US army. In his free time he enjoyed hunting.
A Graveside service for Randal E. Harper will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2023
