Phyllis M. Gardner (Hagen), 83, of Tyrone, left us on October 29, 2022, to join her loving husband of 66 years, Gerald Gardner in heaven; who passed away on October 2nd, 2022. She was born July 6, 1939 in Tyrone, to the late Clarence Hagen Sr. and Ardis Hagen (Woodring).

Surviving are four children: Darlene Gardner of Tyrone, Janice (Bill) Creech of Mooresville, IN, Gerri (Roy) Smith of Tyrone, and Brad (Amy) Gardner of Tyrone; seven grandchildren: Carri, Leah, Chad, Kassie, Marissa, Hanna, and Collin; four great-grandchildren: Charlotte, Cassidy, Karsyn, and Jaxon; she was the last of her immediate family. She was preceded in death by siblings: Clarence Hagen Jr, Leslie Hagen, and Nancy (Hagen) Logan.

She previously attended her husband's church, Full Gospel Holiness Church. She enjoyed family gatherings, reading her Bible and talking to the LORD. She would often listen to southern gospel and some bluegrass with her husband.

A 12 pm funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 3rd, 2022, at the Feller Memorial Home with Pastor Darl Ware officiating. Friends will be received on Wednesday, November 2nd, 2022, at the Memorial Home from 4-7pm as well as from 11-noon with service to follow on Thursday.
