Penny Ann (Fetter) Riggleman, 54 of Tyrone, died on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. She was born in Roaring Spring on June 24, 1967, the daughter of the late Jane Fern Fetter. On April 23, 2016, she married Allen RIggleman who survives. Also surviving are two uncles, one aunt, and several cousins. She was preceded in death by grandparents: John and Mildred Fetter; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was a graduate of Claysburg High School and worked at Cove Shoe for over 20 years before working at Gabriel Brothers.

Penny loved her dogs, enjoy being a part of the dart league, was a member of the Concordia Society, the VFW Post 4559 Tyrone, and the Allegheny Club.

A 2 pm memorial service for Penny Ann Riggleman will be held on Monday, December 13, 2021, at the Feller Memorial Home with Pastor Carl Schmidt officiating. Friends will be received from noon until the 2 pm service at the funeral home.

Arrangements are under the care of the Feller Memorial Home.
