Paula Jean Weimer, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 8, 2020. She was born on December 28, 1979 in Tyrone to parents Paul "Woody" and Barb (Goodman) Wilson who survive. She was married in Mill Hall, PA at Living Faith Free Methodist Church to C. Michael Weimer who survives. Also surviving are two children: Kathryn Elizabeth and Christopher Michael Weimer; and two sisters: Ann Kerr and Peggy (Richard) Poorman. She was preceded by one sister: Deborah Wilson.

Paula was a graduate of Tyrone High School and a graduate of Central Penn College in Summerdale, PA. She graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science (Assistant Physical Therapy) in 2009.

She previously worked as a waitress at LaScalia's Restaurant, a front desk clerk at the Penn Stater, the Ramada Inn and the Hershey Hotel. She was also employed at Encompass Health (Health South) in both Pleasant Gap and Altoona, PA.

Paula was a member of the Tyrone Alliance Church and helped with youth and games.

Paula cherished spending time with her husband and children. She loved going to movies with her husband as well as gardening, sewing, caning, freezing vegetables and baking Christmas cookies with her family.

An 11 am funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at the Tyrone Alliance Church with pastor Carl Schmidt officiating. Friends will be received on Monday, October 12, 2020 from 6-9 pm at the Tyrone Alliance Church as well as on Tuesday from 10 am until the 11 am funeral service at the church. Interment will be made at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, PA.
