Patricia Ann Nearhoof, 80, of Hollidaysburg died Tuesday March 26, 2019 at Autumn Estates, Hollidaysburg.

She was born November 3, 1938 in Tyrone, a daughter of Carl and Eleanor (Stoner) Marlin.

Survivng are a daughter, Pam Tonkay and her husband Greg of Orefield, a son, Charles F. Nearhoof and his wife Debbie of South Dakota, two grandchildren; Joshua and Nicholas Tonkay and two step-grandchildren, She was preceded in death by a brother James Marlin.

Mrs. Nearhoof worked with disabled youth in the Altoona and Hollidaysburg school districts.

She was a member of the 2nd Ave. United Methodist Church, Altoona where she was a Sunday School teacher, lay speaker and attended Bible studys.

Memorial services will be held Sunday March 31, 2019 at 1 P.M. at 2nd Ave. United Methodist Church with Rev. Brian Sandell officiating.
