Obituary

Natalie Brooke Allison, 44 of Spruce Creek, was called home to be with her Lord on July 12, 2025. She was born in Altoona, on September 13, 1980, the daughter of the late John Farabaugh and Christine (Smith) Farabaugh who survives. On September 8, 2001, at Heritage Baptist Church in McConnellstown, she married Patrick Allison who survives. Along with her mother and husband she is survived by two children: Bryant P. and Ava Genevieve Allison; brother: Nicholas Farabaugh; sister: Michele (Jarrod) Bookhammer; and maternal grandmother Nancy Smith. Along with her father, she was preceded by a maternal grandfather: Charlie Smith.

Natalie was a 1999 graduate of Juniata Valley High School and a 2003 graduate of Juniata College where she participated in track and field and rugby. She was a member of Nittany Bible Church, treasurer of the Huntingdon County Fair Junior Livestock Committee, and former treasurer of the Juniata Valley Football and Softball Booster Clubs.

She was very involved with her church where she sang as a member of the worship team, helped for many years with Vacation Bible School, labored over the landscaping with her husband, helped with the fall fun night, and prepared meals for her lifegroup. She enjoyed gardening, both vegetables and flowers, crocheting, hiking, and had a love for her farm animals: chickens, ducks, cows, and pigs…but not the goats. Natalie especially loved spending time with her children and cherished the conversations she had with them and traveling with Patrick to watch them play ball.

An 11 am funeral service for Natalie Brooke Allison will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Nittany Bible Church, 461 Deibler Rd, Pennsylvania Furnace, PA 16865, with Pastor Joe Rose officiating.
