Nancy Lee McEwen, 87 of Tyrone, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022. She was born on February 4, 1935, in Tyrone, the daughter of the late John Byron and Audrey (Troxell) Cox. On August 29, 1953 she married Robert "Red" Lee McEwen who preceded her in death on August 18, 2018. She is survived by four children: Robin (Dan) McEwen Lauff, Rhonda (Bud) Boom, Roslyn (Chris) Salyer, and Robert L. "Fella" McEwen II; grandchildren: Leta (Shawn) Atkinson, Adam (Kaytee) Eckley, Heather and Marijo Whalen, Kendra Boom, Ashley Hamer, and Katie and Everett Salyer; great-grandchildren: Shayna, Logan, James, Maci, Natalee, Hudson, Connor, Harley, Samia, Ryder, Jamey, Halle, and Rebel.

She loved painting, drawing, sketching, and doing puzzles. She loved animals and was known for her laugh. Most of all she loved her family and spending time with them, especially her grandchildren.

Services for Nancy Lee McEwen will be held at the convenience of the family.
