Nancy C. Haupt, 75, of Tyrone died Wednesday September 13, 2017 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center.

She was born April 2, 1942 in Altoona, a daughter of Glenn Roy "Gum" and Pauline Mildred (Shaeffer) Lannen. On June 30, 1967 in Hollidaysburg she married Leroy Haupt Jr.

Surviving are her husband, 2 sons Michael Waite and wife Susan of Tyrone, L.V. Haupt and wife Olimpia C. of Houston, Texas, 2 grandchildren, Ashley Waite and Crystal Loose and husband Eric and a sister Sherry Lamberson and husband John of Stormstown. She was preceded in death by a daughter Michella Jo Waite and 2 grandchildren, Eric and Adam.

Mrs. Haupt retired in 2007 from Joston Printing, State College as a desktop operator following 14 years service. She most recently was employed part-time at Marianna's, Tipton.

Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, her dog Jacob, fishing and boating at Raystown, arts and crafts, cooking and baking.

Funeral services will be held Monday September 18, 2017 at 11 A.M. at Feller Memorial Home. Interment will follow at Blair Memorial Park. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M.
