Melvin J. Cramer, 82 of Tyrone, passed away at home on Friday, February 10, 2023. He was born in Port Matilda on September 13, 1940, the son of the late Harold and Ruth Cramer. He was married in 2013 in Massachusetts to William Mingle who survives. At Melvin's request there will be no services held. Contributions in his memory may be made to the organization of the donor's choosing.
