Margie L. Albright, age 90 of Tyrone and a guest at Hillview Nursing Center, died Saturday, June 15, 2019. She was born in Jamestown, LA on February 24, 1929, the daughter of the late Leon and Ruby Evans McDonald. She is survived by 3 children: Ralph (Ki) Overcash of Alexandra, VA; Howard Lee (Diane) Overcash of Altoona; and Bonnie June Miller of Sinking Valley; five grandchildren: Buddy, Bo, Gabriel, Danny, and Jennifer; six great-grandchildren; and one sister: Betty Sue McComic of Bossier City, LA. She was preceded in death by two husbands; Ralph Overcash in 1980 and Ernest L. Albright on May 16, 2011; one brother: X.L. McDonald; one sister: Jean Honeycutt; and one son-in-law: David "Mike" Miller.

Margie attended and graduated from Fairpark High School in Shreveport, LA. She was a member of the Foot of Ten Independent Bible Church in Duncansville. She was also involved in the Sinking Valley Grange and helped out for many years with the election polls.

Friends will be received at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc. on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 from 4 to 6:00 PM. A funeral service in Margie's honor will be held at 6 PM immediately following the visitation at the funeral home with retired US Army Chaplain Paul Pease officiating. Donations in Margie's memory be made to the Foot of Ten Independent Bible Church, 1130 Foot of Ten Rd, Duncansville, PA 16635.
