Leavonna M. (Smith) Colpetzer, 83 of Tyrone, died Saturday, December 25, 2021, at Epworth Manor. She was born on August 17, 1938, in Huntingdon, the daughter of the late Jessie Cloyd and Edna Smith. On June 10, 1988, she married Kenneth L. Colpetzer Sr. who preceded her in death on October 30, 2009. She is survived by four children: Richard J. (Nancy) Patton Jr., Doug (Amy) Patton, William J. (Elizabeth) Patton, and Anita Patton; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three sisters and a brother; and her late husband Ken's children. She was also preceded in death by a son: Denny Patton; and three siblings.

Leavonna was a graduate of Huntingdon High School. She was a former factory and bakery worker.

She enjoyed gardening and flowers, reading, the 700 Club, and watching Rachael Ray.

Services for Leavonna M. Colpetzer will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
