Kenneth Paul Fawks Jr, 53 of Tyrone, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021. He was born on February 9, 1968, the son of Kenneth P. Sr. and Lillian M. (Miller) Fawks who survive. On August 21, 2010 at the Bald Eagle United Methodist Church he married Sharon Stauffer who survives. Also surviving are two children: Judith Gabrielle Diehl and Anthony Joseph Fawks; two siblings: Eric Wayne Fawks and Lori Ann (Gary) Shields; two grandchildren: Mya and Mila; four sister-in-laws; three brother-in-laws; two nieces Hailey and Rayleena as well as other nieces and nephews; and a very special little boy Bubba who he loved dearly.

Ken was a 1986 graduate of Altoona Area High School. He was currently employed by American Eagle Paper Mills where in 2020 he was recognized for having perfect work attendance. Ken was also a member of the Bald Eagle United Methodist Church.

Ken loved to watch NASCAR races and to go to the dirt track with his brother-in-law. He was also a member of the NRA and enjoyed shooting at the Riggles Gap Sportsman's Club. One of his favorite hobbies was photography.

A 2:00 pm funeral service will be held Saturday, February 27, 2021 at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc. with pastor Peter Dittman officiating. Friends will be received from 11:00 am until the 2 pm service. Interment will be made at the Bald Eagle Cemetery. Contributions in Ken's memory may be made to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1837 E Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, PA 16602 and Bald Eagle United Methodist Church, 2785 Bald Eagle Pike, Tyrone, PA 16686.
