Kathleen A. Ray, 64, of Tyrone died Sunday October 4, 2015 at UPMC Altoona.

She was born June 24, 1951 in Altoona a daughter of Francis and Catherine (Lengfellner) Muhlbauer.

Surviving are a son Michael and wife Tonia of Tyrone, 6 grandchildren, Corbin, Braeden, Torrin, Camden and Kaylin Ray, Adara Shaffer and a sister Mary Thomas and husband Glenn of Altoona. She was preceded in death by a daughter Lori and a son Steve.

Mrs. Ray retired in 2013 from the Penn State University Food Service following 17 years service. She was currently employed at Marianna's Foods, Tipton.

She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church and a lifetime member of the Bavarian Aid Society.

Kathy enjoyed her children and grandchildren. Her hobbies included reading, puzzles, bowling and going out to eat and shopping with her friends.

Funeral Mass will be held Thursday October 8, 2015 at 12 Noon at St. Matthew Catholic Church with Fr. Jozef Kovacik officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 5 to 8 P.M. at Feller Memorial Home.
