Jane Marie Blowers, 76 of Tyrone, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025. She was born in Philipsburg on June 27, 1948, the daughter of the late Charles and Stella (Stacey) Blowers. She is survived by one brother: Chris (Connie) Blowers of Tyrone; numerous nieces and nephews including Heather (Steve) Johnson; great nieces and nephews including Haylee Blowers, and Eli and Bo Johnson; and a special family friend Peggy Poorman and her family. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Dave and Robert Blowers; a nephew: Joshua Blowers; and dearest friend: Mary Louise "Lou" Wilson.

Jane was a 1966 graduate of Tyrone Area High School. She worked for Corning Glass from 1967 to 2002 in the Central Measurement Group as a forklift operator.

She loved fishing, woodworking, going to the lake in Canada with family and friends for over 50 years, and watching the kids play baseball and wrestle. She loved her family and spending time with them was her greatest joy.

A 6 pm memorial service for Jane Marie Blowers will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc. with Ardean Latchford officiating. Friends will be received from 4 pm until the time of service at the funeral home. Private Inurnment will be made at Baughman Cemetery.
