Jamey Marie Keith Pfahler, 45, of Tyrone, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, March 2, 2024, after her courageous fight with cancer.

Jamey was born on September 14th, 1978, the first of three daughters of James and Rose Keith who survive. Originally from Tyrone, Jamey was a TAHS graduate in 1996. She played multiple instruments but focused on the flute and piccolo when participating in marching, and concert jazz band. Jamey could be found watching football, crafting, and listening to music, especially Elvis. She loved her children and grandchildren with all of her heart. The love and joy she had watching them grow was unmatched.

Jamey is survived by her children: Alexis and James (Esther); grandchildren: Nova, Zelda, Mavis, Max, Laura, and two more arriving this year; Parents: James and Rose Keith; and sisters: Jessica Buckwalter (Corey) and Tracy Frost (Jack). Jamey will be forever missed by her nieces and nephews: Christopher, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Lillian, Madeline, and Jack who she made a point to make a special connection with. She will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Lastly, her husband, Walter.

Jamey will be welcomed into the afterlife by her paternal grandparents: Dallas and Florence Keith; maternal grandparents: Harry and Ellen Updike; mother-in-Law: Mary Pfahler; Uncles: Humphrey, John, and Marshall; and Aunts: Judy, Christine, and Jennie. She will also be welcomed by friend, Shandelle.

A 5 pm funeral service for Jamey Marie Keith Pfahler will take place on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Feller Memorial Home, Tyrone, PA. Friends will be received from 3 to 5 pm. In lieu of flowers please send contributions in care of the family to Feller Memorial Home, 115 W 10th St., Tyrone, PA 16686.
