James M. Caffarelli, 60, of Altoona, formerly of Tyrone, died Monday. He was born in Tyrone, a son of Charles and Rosanna (Pagano) Caffarelli.

Surviving are three sisters: Joanne Grimm of Palm Springs, Calif., Evelyn Headings and her husband, Sam of San Diego, Calif., Rosanna Lower and her husband, George of Naples, Fla.; and a brother, Charles Jr. and his wife, Deborah of Warriors Mark.

He was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Tyrone. He had been employed at Skills of Central PA for 28 years.

Jimmy enjoyed puzzles, dancing and riding his bicycle.

Services will be held at a later date.
