Howard "Howdy" Donald McCready, 55, of Warriors Mark, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024. Howdy was born in Altoona to the late Howard David and Theresa Gladys (Garman) McCready on April 3, 1968. On July 28, 2006, in Tyrone, he married Bobbi Jo Dean, who survives.

Howard also leaves behind his children, Kristy (Paul) Replogle; Ashley (Brandon) Michael, Brooke McCready (Josh), and Zachery McCready; siblings, David McCready (Karen), Diane (Tim) Pletcher, Janetta (Rodger) Holsinger; grandchildren; Alex, Tandon, Landon, Raelynn, Tyson, Reagan, Kolsen and Blakelyn; his mother Theresa McCready; Aunt Tammy, and all that loved him.

Howdy owned McCready Auto Repair, he enjoyed working on cars. He cherished spending time with his family and loved ones. He also enjoyed camping and riding his Harley.

Friends and family are invited to Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, 115 10th St. in Tyrone, on Wednesday February 28th from 4 pm to 8 pm for a viewing, and again the following day from 10 am to 12 pm with service to follow, Pastor Chris Garretson will be officiating. Burial will be held in private. In lieu of flowers, please donate in his name to your local Humane Society.
