Harold J. Bensley, 60, of Tyrone died Monday February 8, 2016 at Altoona Center for Nursing.

He was born March 31, 1955 in Morristown, New Jersey, a son of Harold Floyd and Marie K. (Culleny) Bensley. He was formerly married to Dawn Hink of Petersburg.

Surviving are five daughters, Angel Leiby and husband Neil of Whitehall, Christine Epley of Clinton, Arkansas, Dawn Kleintop and husband Ken of Petersburg, Diana Shaffer and husband Matt of Milroy, Cindy Bensley of Petersburg, a son Harold R. Bensley and wife Bonita of Forest City, his mother of Warriors Mark and eleven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father.

He was a self-employed subcontractor and carpenter.

Harold was a huge Pittsburgh Steeler and Dale Erhardt fan and enjoyed hunting, country music and watching western movies.

Funeral services will be held Friday February 12, 2016 at 7 P.M. at Feller Memorial Home with Rev. Aden Wertz officiating. Friends will be received from 6 P.M. until the time of services.
