Floyd J. Ward II, 34, of Port Matilda died Sunday July 20, 2014 as a result of an accident at his residence.

He was born February 22, 1980 in Philipsburg, son of Floyd J. Ward and Lori Stimer. He was raised by his mother and step father Roger K Hunter.

He is survived by his mother Lori of Tyrone, step father Roger Hunter of Ginter, 2 grandmothers Ruth Stimer of Port Matilda, and Mary Ward of Tyrone, a sister Nicole Ward of Port Matilda, 2 brothers Corey Ward of Dover, and Kenneth Hunter of Tyrone, a niece Terria Steele and a nephew Domanic Steele

He was a member of the Port Matilda Baptist Church.

He was employed at Mattress World, State College, as a salesman for the past 11 years.

He enjoyed hiking, four wheeling, and dancing. Floyd always put others before him and was always there for anyone who needed him.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday July 26, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Port Matilda Baptist Church with Reverend Ryan Smith officiating. Friends will be received at Feller Memorial Home on Friday from 6:00-8:00 P.M.
