Elmer Leroy Bradford Jr. 65, of Tipton, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2025. He was born in Altoona on December 6, 1959, the son of the late Elmer and Ruth (Walters) Bradford Sr. In 1980 he married Darlyne Patricia Bradford who preceded him in death on November 20, 2023. He is survived by a daughter, Shawnta (Adam) Plubell; and four grandchildren: Patricia, Gracie, Dominic, and Dakota.

Elmer worked for Kunzler's Quality Meats where he spent time in many of the departments.

He enjoyed going fishing, playing games with the grandkids, having bonfires, hanging out with his best friend, and he loved spending lots of time with family.

A memorial service for Elmer Leroy Bradford Jr. will be held at the Fowler Grove Community Center, 11246 S Eagle Valley Rd. Port Matilda, PA 16870, on November 8, 2025, from 11-3 pm.
