Dolores M. Diehl, 85, of Tyrone died Friday August 28, 2015 at her residence.

She was born July 30, 1930 in Port Matilda, a daughter of Axel and Beulah (Troy) Adams. On March 20, 1950 in Winchester, Virginia she married William F. Diehl. He died September 7, 1988.

Surviving are three daughters Eileen Cole and husband Michael of Miami, Florida, Patricia Marshall and husband Craig of Warriors Mark, Gail Burket and husband James of Tyrone, four sons Joseph C. and wife Susan of Pottstown, William L. and wife Jan of Tipton, Samuel J. of Warriors Mark, Thomas M. and wife Chris of Bellwood, seventeen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, a sister Florence DeArment of Suffolk, Virginia and a brother Glenn Adams and wife JoAnn of Athens, Alabama. She was preceded in death by a brother Charles and a sister Eileen.

She was a member of the Bald Eagle United Methodist.

She had worked for Sylvania, Altoona and Joston's and Commercial Printing, State College.

She enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and being with her family. She loved to read, jigsaw and crossword puzzles and sewing.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday September 1, 2015 at 1 P.M. at Feller Memorial Home with Rev. Peter Dittman officiating Interment will follow at Bald Eagle Cemetery. Friends will be received at funeral home on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M.
