Diane Elizabeth Hunter, 63 of Warriors Mark, died Tuesday, December 24, 2019. She was born on August 14, 1956 the daughter of Allen and Ruby (Oakwood) Dubbs who preceded her in death. In 1976 she married Allen J. Hunter Jr. who survives. Also surviving is one sister: Betsy Barndt; three sons: Allen J. (Nikki) Hunter III, Thomas (Megan) Hunter, Jason (Kaleigh) Hunter; and five grandchildren: Travis, Mariyah, Remi, Chase and Aniston.

Diane was a 1974 graduate of Tyrone Area High School. She was employed in the field of child care at The Robin's Nest in Tyrone. She then went to work as a paraprofessional in Warriors Mark and Tyrone Schools before becoming self employed in the field. When she finished her role as a juvenile caretaker she worked as the bookkeeper for her husband at their business, Hunter's Garage.

She was a member of the Audubon Society Juniata Chapter. She was also very involved with Curves in Tyrone. She loved landscaping, gardening, feeding the birds, craft shows and spending time with her family.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Contributions in Diane's memory may be made to the Central PA Humane Society, 1837 E Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, PA 16602. Arrangements are under the care of the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc.
