Delores C. Patton, age 90, of Tyrone died Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Colonial Courtyard. She was born August 29, 1923 in Pemberton, the daughter of Peter and Nicolena Forrest Spanelli. On February 19, 1946 at Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Altoona, She was married to Robert M. Patton who preceded her in death October, 26, 2007. She is survived by 2 sons, John R. Patton of Altoona and Peter (Brenda) Patton of Tyrone, 6 grandchildren Robert (Deanna) Patton, Painesville, Ohio, Jonathan Patton, Altoona, Alisha Patton, Altoona, Kristan (Josh) Grande, Utica, NY, Kyle and Kayla Patton, both of Tyrone and 6 great grandchildren - Alexa, Bryce, Colton, Zachary, Kaylin and Alexis. She was preceded by 3 sisters and one brother - Rose Boscaino, Kay DelBaggio, Lenore Mengel and Peter Spanelli and was the last of her immediate family.

Delores was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church, and C.D.A. Court St. Rita #523. She was a graduate of Tyrone High School, Class of 1943. She had been employed at Big Yank, Montgomery Ward and Marianna's. She enjoyed cards, puzzles and especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral Mass for Delores C. Patton will be Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 9:00 AM at St. Matthew's Catholic Church with Father Anthony Petracca as celebrant. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home Inc. on Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM, Tuesday November 12, 2013.
