David Allen Miller, 70 of Tyrone, passed away on June 15, 2025. He was born on June 6, 1955, the son of the late David P. and Betty Miller. In Bellwood, at Hillside Church, he married Linda (Morrow) Miller who survives. Also surviving are siblings: Thelma Wilson, Barbara Werner, Charles Miller, Dorothy Leeper, Melvin Miller, Ralph C. Miller, and Richard L. Miller; one daughter: Darlene; four step-children: Scott and Andrew Woolford, Christina Grassmyer, and Carrie Wrye; numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren: Aiden and Cooper. He was preceded in death by two children: Susan M. Myers and David A. Miller Jr.

Dave attended Tyrone Area High School. He was employed as a logger for over 20 years. He​ was also mechanically inclined ​and utilized those skills and worked as a handyman on many projects.

He enjoyed hunting and trapping, fishing, being outdoors, and tinkering with small motors and appliances.

A 5 pm funeral service for David Allen Miller Sr. will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at Feller Memorial Home, with John Poe officiating. Friends will be received from 3 pm until the time of service at the funeral home. Private interment will be made at Baughman Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Feller Memorial Home.
