Constance R. "Connie" Adams, age 58 of Tyrone died Thursday, January 30, 2014 at UPMC Altoona. She was born February 2, 1955 in Altoona, the daughter of John M. Jr. and Madeline Howard Adams. She is survived by a sister Suzanne Hostetter, Mt. Joy, PA and a brother John M. (Carol) Adams III of Ridgeland, SC and a niece and 3 nephews - Diane (Bryon) Edmond, Mt. Joy, Christopher (Adena), NC, Scott, Pittsburgh and Ryan (Beth), New Jersey and 4 grand-nieces.

She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Tyrone Area High School, Class of 1973 and has been employed at M&T Bank for over 20 years and retired in 2007 from the Accounts Receivable/Payable Department of Tyrone Hospital.

Funeral service for Constance R. "Connie" Adams will be Friday, February 7th at 2:00 PM at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc. with Reverend Norman E. Huff officiating. Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 to 8 PM and on Friday from 1 PM until the hour of service.
