Carolyn A. Hoover, 76, of Warriors Mark died Monday February 26, 2018 at her residence.

She was born May 17, 1941 in Tyrone, a daughter of Daniel and Agnes (Webb) Thomas. On July 11, 1959 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Tyrone she married Arthur P. Hoover. He died November 15, 2013.

Surviving are a daughter, Genny M. Lehman and husband Chip of Warriors Mark, five sons; Mark S. and wife Barb of Camp Zama, Japan, Dale M. and wife Dawn of Warriors Mark, Timothy L. of Warriors Mark, James C. of Hughesville, Darren L. of Warriors Mark, fifteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers William and Daniel Thomas.

She had been employed in the Deli at Walmart, State College for fourteen years and also had worked at BiLo State College and UniMart Warriors Mark.

She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church.

She loved her family and her church. She enjoyed farming with her husband, going on bus trips with her friends at WalMart, canning, gardening and country western shows.

Funeral Mass will be held Friday March 2, 2018 at 12 P.M. at St. Matthew Church with Fr. Jozef Kovacik Celebrant. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at Feller Memorial Home on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M.
