Bertha Mae Reed, 95, a resident of Polk Center, Polk, Pa. since 1936 went to be with the Lord on Tuesday May 24, 2016 at the Center following complications of Pneumonia.

She was born April 5, 1921, a daughter of Walter Adams and Estella Larue (Piper) Reed.

Surviving are a sister Roberta Jane Reed Klimas and husband Robert Edward Klimas of Ocean City, New Jersey, nephews, Robert Reed Klimas and wife Dawn Reimer Klimas of Drexel Hill, Christopher Anthony Klimas and wife Amy Sue Walters Klimas of Mount Airy, Maryland, great-nieces and nephews, Weston Reed Klimas, Philip Reed Klimas, Kierstin Marie Klimas and Miranda Grace Klimas.

The family is grateful for support to family and friends and eternally grateful for the care provided by the staff members of the Polk Center.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday June 5, 2016 at 3 P.M. at Feller Memorial Home with Pastor Dan Dahlgren of Polk Cbenter officiating. Interment will follow at Baughman Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday from 12 noon until the time of services.
