Barbara Lucy (Reynolds) Orr, 89 of Huntingdon, died Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at her residence. She was born March 29, 1929, the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Elsie J. Wasseram Reynolds. On August 8, 1948 she married the love of her life Robert Mineur Orr to whom she will be buried next to in Oak Grove Cemetery, Tyrone. Together they raised 6 children: Robert Mineur Orr Jr, Rev. Joseph Thomas Orr, Eileen Bonnie (Orr) Turner, Daniel John Orr, John Patrick Orr and Patrick Joseph OrrAll of whom survive. She is also survived by 2 dozen grandchildren and over 2 dozen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Bob whom she has longed to see again. She was also preceded by her sister Joan.

Among the many joys of her life was the opportunity to meet and speak with St John Paul.

A noon funeral mass for Barbara L. Orr will be held at St. Matthew Catholic Church on Friday, September 7, 2018 with Reverend Joseph Orr officiating. Friends will be received for visitation at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home on Thursday, September 6, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. With a wake service and recitation of the rosary to follow at 8 PM. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Tyrone, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Barbara's memory may be made to St. Matthew School, 1105 Cameron Ave. Tyrone, PA 16686.
