Thelma B. Neff, 94, of Tyrone, passed away Wednesday surrounded by family. She was born in Barton, Md., daughter of the late Joel McComas Broadwater and Bertha Pearl Tasker.
On Oct. 25, 1946, in Keyser, W.Va., she married Frank R. Neff who preceded her in death in 2004.
Surviving are her daughters: Linda N. Kelley (John) of Memphis, Tenn., Harriett H. Saunders (Robert) of Yorktown, Va. and Frances N. Treon (Michael) of Tyrone; grandchildren: Missy Broadbent, Robert Broadbent, John D. Kelley, Brian Kelley, Frank Hogue, David Hogue, Kathryn Norris, Caroline Saunders and Robert Saunders; great-grandchildren: Jack Kelley, Claire Kelley, Conor Kelley, William Houge, Emma Houge and Savanna Houge.
She was preceded in death by two sisters; and two brothers.
Thelma loved sewing, hiking and hunting with her husband. She also delighted in gardening and collecting wildflowers.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
