Obituary for Samuel C. Graham
Samuel C. Graham III of Tyrone died Wednesday July 15, 2020 at his residence.
He was born October 16, 1952 in Altoona, a son of Samuel C. II and Sara (Lafferty) Graham. On March 26, 1988 in Altoona he married Patricia A. DeArmitt.
Surviving are his wife, five sons; Samuel C. Graham IV of Gesseytown, Thadeus Graham and wife Adrienne of Tyrone, Joshua Graham and fiancee Crystal Holzworth of Tyrone, Joshua Mills (Sabre Nail) of Tyrone, John Graham and wife Jennifer of Altoona, a daughter Amy Hargrave and husband Denny of Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a step-sister Stephanie Sheehan and husband William of Altoona. He was preceded in death by two sisters; Cathy Skelley and Rebecca Sheetz.
He had been a truck driver for 35 years with Estes Trucking, Raibles Trucking and Robert Clark Trucking all of Altoona.
He loved fishing, camping, boating and spending time with his grandchildren.
Sam never met a stranger of turned away anyone in need of help.
Funeral services will be held Friday July 17, 2020 at 7 P.M. at Feller Memorial Home with Chaplain Cal Hommer officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 5 P.M. until the time of services.
