Obituary for Anna L. Daughenbaugh
Anna L. Daughenbaugh, 89 of Tyrone died Monday May 11, 2020 at her home. She was born on June 21, 1930 in Tyrone, the daughter of the late Richard A. and Catherine (Friday) Lehner Sr. On December 2, 1950 she married James S. Daughenbaugh Sr who preceded her in death on October 21, 2004. Anna is survived by two sons: James S. (Pam) Daughenbaugh Jr. and Warren (Barb) Daughenbaugh; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one brother: Richard A. (Faye) Lehner Jr. He was preceded in death by a brother: John Lehner.
Anna was a 1949 graduate of Tyrone High School. She was a member of the Bald Eagle United Methodist Church, Bald Eagle Grange #1390 where she served as past treasurer, the Order of the Eastern Stars, and past treasurer of the Baughman Cemetery Association.
Anna enjoyed cooking and baking and most of all loved spending time with her family.
A private service was held for Anna with pastor Peter Dittman officiating. Interment was at Baughman Cemetery. Contributions in Anna’s memory may be made to the Bald Eagle United Methodist Church, 2785 Bald Eagle Pike Rd, Tyrone, PA 16686.
