Alice Mae Westley, age 88, of Tyrone died Wednesday morning, April 21, 2021. She was born in Marengo, Pa on April 23, 1932 the 12th of 15 children to George and Beatrice (Mesner) Noll. She married Joseph Robert Westley on February 13, 1953. Alice was preceded in death by her husband and her son, Mark Robert Westley. She is survived by her daughters Cathy (Dan) Stonebraker of Bald Eagle, Elizabeth Westley of Annapolis, Md., and her sister, Marge Miller of Bald Eagle. Also surviving are her grandchildren Tarynn (Tyler) Westley-Buechele, Jedidiah Stonebraker, and Thaddeus (Tera) Westley, and her nephew, George Noll, who resided with Alice for 10 years making it possible for her to remain living in her home on Park Ave. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, Tyler, Madilynn, Aurora, Noah, and Llewyn, plus numerous nieces and nephews that added much joy and happiness to her life.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grane Hospice or Tyrone-Snyder Public Library. Arrangements are under the care of the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc.
