Obituary for Alice A. Rodgers (Sunday)
Alice A. Rodgers, 91, of Tyrone died Wednesday July 8, 2020 at Epworth Manor.
She was born August 24, 1928 in Port Matilda, a daughter of George W. and Clara B. (Ammerman) Sunday. On December 15, 1951 in Duncansville she married Frank E. Rodgers. He died November 25, 2012.
She was the last of her immediate family preceded in death by a son Frank E. Jr., two brothers and 3 sisters.
She had been an active member of Grace Baptist Church, Tyrone where she was Sunday School secretary for ten years.
She had been employed at Big Yank, Tyrone and also Petersburg Manufacturing
as a machine operator in the sewing department.
Funeral services will be held Friday July 10, 2020 at 7 P.M. at Feller Memorial Home with Pastor Aaron Jeffries officiating. Burial will be at Baughman Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 6 P.M. until the time of service.
