Obituary for Albert P. Fleck Jr.

Albert “Buck” P. Fleck Jr., of Flinton and formerly of Grazierville, passed away February 5, 2020. He was born on November 1, 1950, the son of the late Albert P. Sr. and Margaret (Riggleman) Fleck. He is survived by his wife Cathy A. (Runk) Fleck after 49 years of love and bond in common law marriage; two daughters: Cindy Mae (Michael) Yearick and Valerie Fleck; and three granddaughters (his pride and joys): Shaylee Ann Morrissey, Kahlan Grace Yearick and Rhea Joyce Marie Morrissey; sisters: Julie (Tom) Pettit of Altoona, Paulette Updyke of Tyrone; seven brother and sister in laws; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son: Albert “Little Buck” Fleck on July 6, 2009; two siblings: Cindy (Fleck) and Husband Bill Supina and Peg and Bill White; nieces and nephews: Paul Grassmyer, Terri Supina, Willie John, Robert, George Barr and Angela Brumbaugh; and in-laws: Donald and Roberta Runk Jr.
Buck went to Grazierville school. He retired in 2005. Buck served in the United States Marine Corps from 1968-1970 and served two tours in Viet Nam. He loved his family, granddaughters, hunting and fishing.
